You’ll support in running global SEA campaigns and learn how to turn data and creativity into growth. • Assist in managing Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns across channels (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GDN)

• Support in campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research, and creative alignment

• Track and monitor campaign performance — and suggest improvements

• Work cross-functionally with creative, brand and data teams

• Help prepare reports and share learnings with the team

• Stay on top of SEA updates and contribute your perspective to shape testing

WHY YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US

• 1–2 years of experience in SEA (in-house or agency)

• Solid understanding of Google Ads and a strong interest in YouTube/GDN

• Eagerness to learn, test and improve — you pick things up fast

• You’re a proactive communicator and feel comfortable in a fast-paced setup

• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus

• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
