As a Senior Influencer Sales Marketing Manager FR (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building, performance, and scaling our creator sales ecosystem in France, one of the key markets in our European expansion. You understand the French creator culture, cultural codes, and social media mechanics – and know how to turn them into revenue, reach, and sustainable growth drivers.
Job requirements
Development & implementation of a high-revenue influencer marketing & creator sales strategy for the French market
Proactive identification, acquisition & evaluation of relevant French creators, including negotiation, deals, follow-ups & long-term scaling logic
Building, maintaining & managing a profitable, high-converting creator portfolio that continuously generates sales
End-to-end control of all operational processes: seeding, campaign planning, performance tracking, reporting, optimization & scaling
Responsibility for budget, KPI analysis, conversion performance, forecasting & data-driven decision-making
Leadership, coaching & development of the French influencer sales & marketing team
Close collaboration with social media, performance marketing, brand & product, for a cohesive, performance-oriented go-to-market strategy
Continuous analysis of French social media, cultural & consumption trends to unlock new creator segments, platforms & sales potentials.
Active contribution to positioning Creamy Fabrics as one of the most relevant, fastest-growing DTC fashion labels in France
WHY YOU FIT WITH US
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing / creator management, ideally with strong sales & performance focus
Experience in team leadership or team building
Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills dealing with French creators, agencies & networks
Proficient in influencer tools, KPI tracking, Google Sheets & project management software
Deep understanding of the French creator landscape, digital culture & social media mechanics
Very good French skills (ideally native) as well as very good English skills
Hands-on mentality, ownership, closing strength and genuine passion for community & revenue building
