As a Senior Influencer Sales Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d), you will build our creator sales ecosystem in the British market from scratch and scale it to the next growth phase. You understand the creator world on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and know how to transform relationships not only into measurable sales, reach, and long-term revenue growth.

Job requirements

  • Development & implementation of an revenue-oriented influencer marketing & creator sales strategy for the UK

  • Proactive identification, acquisition & evaluation of relevant UK creators, including deal closing, contract negotiations & performance control

  • Building & managing a scalable, profitable UK creator portfolio that generates regular sales

  • End-to-end responsibility for seeding processes, campaign setup, performance tracking, reporting & scaling successful formats

  • Operational control & optimization of fashion drops, sales push campaigns & creator activations including revenue forecasting

  • Holistic management of budget, KPI targets, ROI & sales optimization, including data-driven derivations for growth initiatives

  • Leadership, coaching & development of the growing UK influencer sales & marketing team

  • Close collaboration with social media, performance marketing, brand & product management for a consistent, revenue-strong go-to-market strategy

  • Continuous analysis of British creator, fashion & social trends to identify and implement new sales potentials & growth channels operationally

  • Active shaping of a strong, relevant, and conversion-oriented brand presence of Creamy Fabrics in the UK market

WHY YOU FIT WITH US

  • At least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in influencer marketing / creator management, ideally with a sales focus in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC

  • Experience in leading or building a team

  • Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills in dealing with British creators, agencies & networks

  • Proficient in influencer tools, KPI tracking, Google Sheets & project management software

  • Deep understanding of British social media culture, creator landscape & performance mechanisms

  • Very good English skills (ideally native level)

  • Hands-on mentality, ownership, closing strength and passion for scalable creator networks
