As Chief Marketing Officer (m/f/d) you are the strategic force behind all our marketing teams. You shape, scale, and connect our entire marketing structure, ensuring that Creamy Fabrics not only grows but becomes one of the most influential brands of our time.
Job requirements
Overall responsibility for all marketing areas: Paid Marketing, Social Media & Brand, Influencer Marketing, Google, Email Marketing, TikTok, Facebook & Product Marketing
Developing a clear, scalable marketing strategy that sustainably combines brand building and performance
Leading and developing the marketing leads including prioritization, team structure, resource planning, and transparent processes
Holistic brand management: Positioning, Brand Identity, Community Building & Creative Strategy
Close collaboration with all executives, from Product to Operations to Creative & Tech
Implementing efficient workflows, data-driven decision-making processes, and performance-oriented growth systems
Establishing a strong marketing foundation that enables both rapid scaling and long-term brand strength
Building and evolving our creative structures, including in-house productions, content teams, and creative testing
Responsibility for sustainable, KPI-based growth across all channels
Strengthening and connecting all marketing disciplines to scale Creamy Fabrics holistically and internationally
WHY YOU FIT WITH US
Several years of leadership experience in marketing (e.g. Head of Marketing, Director Marketing, or CMO)
Deep understanding of Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Building & Social Media
Experience in building and scaling marketing teams
Strategic strength combined with operational implementation competence
High analytical skills & data-driven decision-making
Clear leadership style & communication skills
Experience in international growth: Market entries, localization, country-specific strategies
Brand building expertise: Brand Identity, Community Management, viral social campaigns
Knowledge in Creative Direction & Creative Production (Content Teams, In-house Production, Creative Testing)
Strong network in the marketing industry (Influencers, Creatives, Media Buying)
D2C experience, ideally in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle
Understanding of Operations, efficient processes & project management
Ownership mindset, prioritization skills & willingness to take a brand to the next level
