As Head of Influencer Sales Marketing DACH (m/f/d), you take full ownership of one of Creamy Fabrics' central growth ecosystems, leading our influencer sales power to the next level in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Responsible for the entire influencer sales and performance ecosystem in the DACH region

• Leading, coaching & developing a growing team of researchers, hunters & farmers

• Building a scalable, data-driven creator funnel that combines quality, sales, and performance

• Developing a clear growth, campaign, and creator strategy for the entire DACH region

• Managing all campaigns including KPIs, budgets, profitability, and performance optimization

• Defining & implementing efficient processes, tools, workflows, and reporting structures

• Close collaboration with social media, brand, performance marketing, marketplace & management

• Analyzing trends, platforms, competitors, and creator segments to identify new revenue opportunities

• Building a strong team culture & vision for influencer sales in one of the most dynamic regions

• Strategic sparring partner for management in influencer sales, performance & brand experience
