As Head of Influencer Sales Marketing UK (m/f/d), you will have full responsibility for building, growing, and scaling our influencer sales and creator ecosystem in the United Kingdom, a key market for our international expansion.

Job requirements

  • Overall responsibility for influencer sales, creator management & performance in the UK market

  • Leading, coaching & developing the entire influencer team (researcher, hunter, farmer)

  • Building a scalable, data- and revenue-driven UK-specific influencer sales funnel

  • Developing a market-specific influencer, campaign & go-to-market strategy

  • End-to-end management of all partnerships & campaigns including performance, KPIs, ROI & scaling

  • Ownership of budget control, resource planning, forecasting & results accountability

  • Establishing efficient, automated processes, workflows & reporting structures

  • Close collaboration with social media, brand, performance marketing, marketplace & management

  • Continuous analysis of UK platform culture, creator landscape, market mechanics & growth drivers

  • Developing an inspiring team culture & a clear vision for influencer sales in the UK

  • Strategic sparring partner for management for the entire UK market

WHY YOU FIT WITH US

  • Proven experience as Head of Influencer Marketing, influencer lead, or similar senior leadership role at a successful, scaling fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand

  • Deep expertise in building, scaling, and optimizing influencer campaigns, sales structures, and creator funnels, ideally in the UK market

  • Strong leader with experience in operational management, KPI management, and performance control

  • Excellent understanding of the British influencer landscape, market mechanics, and platform dynamics

  • Analytically strong, data-driven, and structured, with the ability to translate insights into scalable actions

  • Proficient in budget control, influencer tools, KPI tracking, and project management software

  • Very good English skills (native level or very fluent); German is a plus but not mandatory

  • Hands-on mentality, quick decision-making ability, and a leadership style that motivates, inspires, and develops
