In this role, you are the Senior Influencer Sales & Marketing Manager – Performance-based and a driving force behind our visibility in the feeds, stories, and minds of the community. Your contribution is measurable, scalable, and directly linked to the success of our brand.
You work along a clearly defined process that includes both the strategic acquisition of new creators and the structured management of existing partnerships. You specifically identify influencers who align with our brand, build sustainable relationships, and develop creative, data-driven campaigns that make an impact. You take full control – from planning and budget management to performance analysis.
With a sharp eye for KPIs, a sense of trends, and a deep understanding of community dynamics, you bring new impulses and ensure consistent brand messages across all channels. Whether it's a fashion drop or brand story – you keep our community close to what we stand for and continuously enhance our presence.
YOUR TASKS
Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness
Identifying and selecting suitable influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with creators, agencies, and networks
Planning, implementing, and evaluating campaigns – from fashion drops to brand storytelling
Responsibility for KPI monitoring, budget planning, and data-driven optimization
Leading and developing a growing influencer marketing team
Close coordination with social media, brand, and product management to ensure consistent brand communication
Active trend analysis and integration of new formats and platforms

Several years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry
You have led a team before or significantly supported its development
You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and excel in communication, including negotiations
Proficient in influencer tools, KPI tracking, Google Sheets, and project management software
Strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and social media trends
Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
Hands-on mentality and passion for community building

Job requirements
Development & implementation of a revenue-oriented, scalable influencer marketing and creator sales strategy for the DACH region
Identification, evaluation, active acquisition & negotiation with relevant creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), focusing on measurable sales impact
Building, maintaining & performance management of a highly profitable creator portfolio, including commission models, incentives & long-term partnerships
End-to-end ownership: from creator selection to product seeding, campaign planning, deal closing, tracking & reporting to scaling successful collaborations
Operational management of fashion drops, sales push campaigns & performance formats including revenue forecasting and daily KPI monitoring
Responsibility for budget, goal achievement, sales KPIs, ROI optimization & data-driven insights
Leading, coaching & developing the influencer sales & marketing team
Close collaboration with performance marketing, social media, e-commerce & product management to ensure holistic revenue growth
Continuous trend analysis: identifying new creator segments, platforms, sales mechanics & growth potentials, and integrating them operationally
Shaping the brand perception of Creamy Fabrics as one of the most revenue-generating and visible DTC fashion brands in the DACH market
WHY YOU FIT WITH US
At least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in influencer marketing / creator management, ideally with sales responsibility in the fashion, lifestyle, or DTC environment
Experience in building or leading a team
Excellent communication, sales & negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of creator needs and data-driven performance management
Proficient in influencer tools, KPI tracking, Google Sheets & project management software
Strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, social media trends & profitable creator ecosystems
Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
Hands-on mentality, ownership, closing strength and passion for community & revenue building
